And that's it. Bolton were within five minutes of causing another FA Cup shock until Raheem Sterling found a late equaliser. That set the stage for Philippe Coutinho, in the week he signed a new long-term deal with the club, to score a sensational injury time winner and ensure Liverpool remain in the hunt for domestic silverware.
Neil Dann's red card with half an hour left to play did not help their cause, but Bolton can count themselves unfortunate this evening.

Bolton 1-2 Liverpool
Liverpool advance to fifth round of the FA Cup where they will face Crystal Palace
Liverpool denied a late third as Borini and Sturridge play a wonderful one-two that deceives a weary Bolton defence, but the Italian is denied at the near post by Lonergan.
Bolton win the knock down but Trotter can't get to the loose ball in time and Liveprool clear.
Can crashes into Gudjohnson and Bolton have a free kick about 30 yards out. One more chance for Bolton.
Coutinho wins it! On the inside left of the box, Coutinho receives the ball from Henderson, works the ball onto his right foot and bends a sublime, looping effort effort into the top corner of the net. What a strike from the Brazilian
Liverpool are level! Can lifts a wonderful diagonal ball into the box from the right that Sterling is onto, having peeled away from Trotter. His first touch is excellent, and the finish is ever better, drilling a precise effort into the bottom corner.
Can cracks the bar! The ball is worked in from the left to the German who is 25 yards out from goal as he jinks past his man to hit a thunderous effort on goal. Lonergan gets a slight touch on it to force it onto the woodwork. Again.
Sturridge cuts in from the left and drills one for the bottom corner. It's blocked, but Bolton can't clear. An almighty scrap ensues before Borini has a go which is deflected into the path of Sturridge who again sees his effort charged down.
Gudjohnson is back in his own half to win the ball back and shield it from a couple of challenges before allowing Mills to pick it up and advance into the corner. Bolton win a few more seconds.
Gerrard takes a quick free kick, looking to spring the Bolton defence but it is woefully overhit.
Now Henderson hits the post! That corner breaks to the former Sunderland midfielder whose vicious effort is glanced on by Wheater before bouncing back off the woodwork! Bolton however get the goal kick.
Liverpool have a free kick 20 yards out by Gerrard fires an absolutely dismal effort clean into the stands.
What a chance for Bolton to make it two! Gudjohnson drives forward from the half way line before laying off to Mills who sprays the ball wonderfully out to the right where Feeney has popped up on the wing. His cross is again excellent, floated in towards the near post where Gudjohnson is unmarked, but his weak header doesn't trouble Mignolet.
Liverpool waste the free kick and Clough pounces on the counter, racing 50 yards up the pitch before jinking past Can. He takes the shot on from the edge of the box but drags it wide of the near post.
Danns goes to ground to challenge Allen and is woefully late again. Not malicious, just a bit stupid. He is shown a second yellow and Bolton's job just got a bit harder.
