Such is the regularity that City dip into the transfer market, the 25-year-old is now languishing towards the bottom of an expensively assembled strike force. Jovetic has only been able to show glimpses of his talent at City, given that he has rarely been given regular game time, but could thrive elsewhere. Liverpool may have signed Danny Ings but they are still in need of more firepower in the final third.

The Merseysiders have recently rejected a £25 million bid from Manchester City for their prize asset and are believed to value him at double that price.
Whether Brendan Rodgers will actually secure such a hefty sum for the 20-year-old remains to be seen, but talkSPORT believes that the Northern Irishman could be missing a trick.
Rather than squeezing the most amount of money as possible out of the Citizens, he could look to include one of City's players as a makeweight in the deal for Sterling.
