Tottenham striker Harry Kane is flattered by the interest being shown in him by Manchester United but has reiterated his resolve to remain at White Hart Lane.
The 21-year-old enjoyed a breakout season in 2014/15, establishing himself as a regular starter under Mauricio Pochettino in November and going on to finish the campaign as the Premier League's second highest goalscorer behind Sergio Aguero having notched 21 goals in just 34 appearances.
As well as earning him a call-up to the senior England squad, such excellent form has seen Kane attract attention from Louis van Gaal with widespread reports claiming that Manchester United are willing to spend up to £40m to bring the player to Old Trafford this summer after declining the option to sign Chelsea-bound Radamel Falcao on a permanent basis.
"Of course I have been watching Sky Sports and have seen the interest," he told Sky Sports.
"But I am happy at Spurs and I look forward to the future with Spurs. I have seen there is interest but that's all I know. It is flattering for other clubs to maybe be interested.
"Tottenham are a big club and that's how people have got to see it. I'm at a big club now and enjoying my football looking forward to next season at White Hart Lane."
Kane is obviously crucial to Pochettino's plans moving forward, particularly given the distinct lack of quality alternatives currently available.
Emmanuel Adebayor is not expected to feature prominently despite expressing his commitment to the club in the aftermath of Togo's Africa Cup of Nations qualifying victory over Liberia.
Roberto Soldado, meanwhile, became Tottenham's record signing after joining Tottenham from Valencia in a £26m deal in August 2013, yet the Spaniard has thus far failed to provide any sort of significant return on that hefty investment.
The Times claim that Galatasaray has tabled an approach for his signature after seemingly cooling their interest in Robin van Persie due to concerns regarding his £240,000-per-week wage packet.
Manchester United has sealed one signing already this summer with the capture of Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven, yet Van Gaal is expected to seek further high-profile additions before next term in a bid to challenge Chelsea for the title.
Falcao's departure and lingering doubts over Van Persie's future would leave just the versatile Depay and young James Wilson to compete with Wayne Rooney for a starting role up front and the latter has previously expressed his excitement at the potential arrival of Kane.
"He's burst on to the scene this season, he's done fantastic and is a young English player so it would be exciting to have him in my team," he said in a promotional video for Nike earlier in June.
