That's all folks. So, to confirm, Manchester United have stolen a march on their rivals by signing Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven.
Depay became one of the most sought-after players in Europe following an excellent season with the Dutch champions.
Paris St Germain and Liverpool were said to be interested in the Holland forward, but PSV and United confirmed on Thursday that the 21-year-old had agreed to move to Old Trafford.
United have paid £25 million for Depay's signature.
United tweeted: "#mufc has reached an agreement with PSV Eindhoven & Memphis Depay for the player's transfer, subject to a medical.
"Pending the successful completion of the medical, the deal will go through once the transfer window opens in June."
The Dutch club also confirmed a deal had been struck for the player. They said in a statement on their website: "PSV and Manchester United have reached an agreement for the transfer of Memphis to the English club."

Does everyone remember Elko? He was our Dutch expert during the World Cup... and he knows what he's talking about.
Has Depay got what it takes to succeed at Manchester United? I certainly believe so. Most exciting young Dutch player since Arjen Robben.

Memphis, we are told, uses a life coach to help him cope with his inner demons. One of his early coaches at PSV once described the right-footed left winger as "very angry".

Anyone worried Depay might struggle with the rough-and-tumble of the Premier League needn't fear... just look at the size of him!

Ok, here is some Depay info we wouldn't have known about if wasn't for the wonder of Wikipedia (*fact unchecked)
Memphis is the son of a Ghanaian father and a Dutch mother. His parents split up when he was aged four. He plays only under his given name to spite his absent father.
Memphis has numerous tattoos, including one that is a tribute to his grandfather. *He also had a tattoo on the inside of his lip.

At 21, Depay is an investment in the future and he will delight United supporters brought up on Andrei Kanchelskis and Cristiano Ronaldo - powerful, goal-hungry wingers. Remember this...
And this...
12.45
Depay was one of the stars of the World Cup, especially against Spain, and our 'Man of the North' - Mark Ogden - did a little scouting report for the 'new Arjen Robben' to see if the hype was justified. We're now going to cherry-pick from said report...
What he does well
Depay was a constant threat against Spain, using his pace and power to torment Daniel Carvajal down the left flank.
Many wingers are quick, others are powerful, but Depay has both qualities in equal measure and he also possesses quick feet and the ability to beat defenders with trickery.
The PSV youngster created three clear goalscoring chances for team-mates against Spain and also went close with two long-range shots which forced saves from David de Gea.
He looks the full package – quick, powerful, tricky and confident enough to shoot on goal.
Another plus point is his readiness to do his defensive duties and track back, as emphasised by a sliding tackle in his own penalty area in the second-half.
What he needs to improve
Depay is right-footed but plays on the left for the Dutch. He can also operate down the right and as a second striker.
His natural tendency when playing on the left is to cut inside and shoot with his right foot – he did it twice against Spain – but defenders will quickly realise that he is less willing to go on the outside and cross with his left.
So he needs to add more variety to his game, but at 21, there remains ample time for development.

So, what do we know about Memphis? Well, his most effective position is on the left side of a front three, although he can also operate as a central striker. Depay joined PSV's youth team in 2006 and rose through the ranks before graduating to the first team.
After signing his first professional contract in 2012, he made his breakthrough during the 2013-14 season when PSV finished fourth in the Dutch league.
This season has been by far his best at the club. The 21-year-old's goals helped PSV win their first title in seven years, which they wrapped up with three matches to spare.
Van Gaal will hope he can replicate the same form at United, where they have struggled for goals this season despite spending over £150million on new players since last summer.
Van Gaal handed Depay his international debut against Turkey in October 2013 and took him to last year's World Cup.
The two are known to be close.

Manchester United have made an early statement of intent in the transfer market with the £25 million signing of Memphis Depay.
A club statement has confirmed the summer move of the PSV Eindhoven attacker, as Louis Van Gaal reshapes his squad for a planned assault on the Premier League title next season.
“Pending the successful completion of the medical, the deal will go through once the transfer window opens in June,” United confirmed on social media.
PSV had earlier announced an agreement was reached between the clubs.
• Eight things you should know about Depay
Depay was a target for numerous Premier League clubs – Liverpool were also interested in the 21-year-old – but Van Gaal’s determination to sign the Dutch international has prompted swift action. It is believed the United manager made a personal intervention to convince the player to move to Old Trafford.
United will feel the lure of working with Van Gaal and the likelihood of Champions League football would have given them the advantage on rival suitors, but it is telling how quickly they have sealed a deal when a top four spot is still to be confirmed.
Did you know Telegraph Sport has a Manchester United Facebook page?
Depay is leaving with the blessing of his club, according to PSV’s Sporting Director Marcel Brands
“We are very proud of this upcoming transfer, which came in a huge momentum,” said Brands.
Memphis Depay could be the start of a busy summer of arrivals at United
“Memphis has gone through all the teams of the PSV youth academy and has played an important part in the national title this year. He’s a wonderful exponent of our training and will make a nice transition to a magnificent club in a beautiful competition. We obviously lose a fantastic player, which is of great value to the team.”
Depay has scored 49 goals for PSV and was also part of the Dutch World Cup squad, where he played under Van Gaal.
He is likely to be the first recruit in another summer of change at Old Trafford, which could see another four players join.
