Marseille are eyeing up a summer swoop for Tottenham midfielder Benjamin Stambouli.
The Frenchman only joined Spurs last summer, arriving from Montpellier for around £5m after impressing in Ligue 1.
However since then the 24-year-old has struggled to nail down a regular spot in Tottenham's first-team.
That has alerted Marseille who, according to RMC, have contacted Tottenham regarding a possible move this summer.
Marseille president Vincent Labrune is said to have held a meeting with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy in which Stambouli's future was discussed.
The midfielder's hometown club tried to sign him before he moved to White Hart Lane last summer and they remain hopeful they can finally lure him to the Stade Velodrome.
