Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao could be offered to Juventus during the upcoming transfer window after failing to agree a move to the Serie A champions in summer 2014.

Falcao is on a season-long loan deal at Old Trafford from Monaco but with just four goals this season, he is not expected to be retained on a permanent basis by manager Louis van Gaal.

And with the striker's career set to take him away from United, the player's multiple representatives have begun the search to find him a new club, with Juventus the Colombian's latest potential destination.

"Last summer he [Falcao] was really close to joining Juventus," agent Giovanni Branchini told Gazzetta TV"Then Manchester United's unbeatable offer arrived and due to the high costs involved, it was not possible for him to join the Bianconeri. Let's see what will happen in July. Maybe we will try again."

Both Chelsea and Liverpool have been linked with a loan move for Falcao at the end of the season but his problems in the Premier League might see him forced to take his leave from English football.

The ex-FC Porto and Atletico Madrid forward made a timely return to form for his country during the international break, scoring twice in Colombia's 6-0 win over Bahrain, ending a run of almost two months without a goal.

But amid talks of a potential move to Juventus, Falcao says he is unperturbed by the speculation and is focused on ending a difficult season with United on a positive note.

"Juventus looking for me? They talk a lot, but now I'm focused 100% on Manchester United," he told Radio Caracol, as reported by The Independent. "Before the end of the season there are some crucial matches and I hope that this situation will change."
